Before making a complaint about Turkish Airlines

Please note that to be eligible to make a complaint against Turkish Airlines, you should first have lodged a formal complaint directly with the airline, either in writing or through their customer service channels. Allow Turkish Airlines an appropriate period of time (typically eight weeks) to respond to your dispute and provide a resolution. If you have received a final written response or have given Turkish Airlines the specified time to address your complaint without a satisfactory resolution, you can proceed to seek assistance from AviationADR.
